Position: SUPERVISORY SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST with Security Clearance
Duties
* You will assess factual performance metrics to validate contractor and government agency compliance with contractual requirements, ensuring all logistical deliverables meet required quality standards.
* You will perform in-depth analysis in resolving problems or issues.
* You will manage operational execution and strategic planning across a broad spectrum of logistical programs to maximize readiness and support for Navy Medicine and Navy Operational Forces.
* You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify future procurement needs and plan procurement actions.
* You will lead strategic evaluations of supply chain policy and compliance to optimize operational impact, assess workload distribution, and prioritize critical resources across the enterprise. Requirements Conditions of employment

* You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
* Experience in global supply systems to include receiving, inspecting, segregating, storing, issuing, and turning in organizational property and equipment.
* Experience managing retail/consumer inventories
* Experience conducting physical audits.
* Experience researching and resolving inventory discrepancies
* Experience with simplified acquisition procedures, local purchase cards, and requisition sourcing through agencies like General Services Administration and Defense Logistics Agency.
* Experience with Department of Defense and Navy-wide logistical policies and standardized operating procedures.
