Provide leadership, motivation, accountability, and development of Master Corp personnel within the assigned site;
Walk the site daily to ensure contractual obligations, company policies, standards and processes are being followed;
Monitor KPI metrics such as Quality, Timeliness and Budget and drive the site management team to meet targets;
Hire, onboard, train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff; conduct performance reviews;
Coordinate monthly/quarterly meetings and conduct QA audits; ensure a safe working environment
