Job Overview

The Corporate Director of Revenue Strategy provides enterprise-wide leadership for revenue management across the OTH Hotels Resorts portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize topline performance, market share, and profitability while ensuring alignment with ownership objectives, company goals, and brand standards.

This role leads forecasting, pricing, inventory, distribution, and performance analytics across the portfolio, while partnering closely with operations, sales, marketing, finance, and executive leadership to drive disciplined decision-making and sustainable growth.

Job Responsibilities Strategic Revenue Leadership
  • Develop and lead a portfolio-wide revenue management strategy that supports company growth, profitability, market share improvement, and long-term asset value creation.
  • Establish revenue goals, performance standards, and key performance indicators for the portfolio and translate them into actionable strategies at the property and regional levels.
  • Evaluate market trends, competitive intelligence, demand patterns, brand initiatives, and economic conditions to identify risks and opportunities and proactively adjust strategy.
Revenue Optimization, Forecasting, and Distribution
  • Oversee weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes across the portfolio, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insight for budgeting, planning, and operational decision-making.
  • Direct pricing, inventory, segmentation, and channel mix strategies to optimize RevPAR, RGI, ADR, occupancy, and overall profitability across branded and independent assets.
  • Oversee distribution strategy across direct, brand, OTA, GDS, and third-party channels, ensuring cost-effective channel utilization, rate integrity, and strong market positioning.
  • Guide the use of revenue management systems, reporting tools, and analytics platforms to improve decision quality, standardize best practices, and scale revenue processes across the organization.
  • Analyze portfolio and property performance using internal and external benchmarks, prepare executive-level reporting, and present recommendations that improve topline performance and market share.
Cross-Functional and Team Leadership
  • Partner closely with operations, sales, marketing, finance, and executive leadership to align revenue strategies with broader business objectives and ensure coordinated commercial execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop revenue management talent across the organization, building capability, succession strength, and accountability through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, owners, and internal stakeholders by communicating performance trends, strategic priorities, and recommended actions with clarity and credibility.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive revenue management experience in hospitality, including significant multi-property or portfolio-level leadership responsibility.
  • Demonstrated executive leadership experience with a track record of improving topline performance, profitability, and market share across diverse hotel assets.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities with a deep understanding of forecasting, pricing, inventory controls, segmentation, and distribution management.
