Compensation range: $130,000 – $200,000
Loyalty Automotive is a locally owned and growing dealership group known for valuing its employees and delivering a strong customer experience. We’re looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned sales operation, manage inventory, drive performance and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead used car inventory strategy, including trade-ins, purchases, and wholesale
- Drive sales performance and support the team in hitting goals
- Manage pricing and finance opportunities to maximize profitability
- Stay ahead of market trends to keep inventory competitive
- Deliver a strong customer experience from start to finish
- Coach and develop team members
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Sales Manager experience
- 1+ year of Finance experience
- Experience purchasing vehicles (auctions, trade-ins, wholesale)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
