Position SummaryRBCI is seeking a Production Lead Specialist to provide the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) with the safe and efficient operation of heavy vehicles and material handling equipment in support of warehouse and logistics operations. This work is onsite at the Williamsburg, VA office. 5%-10% travel may be required.

Duties & Responsibilities- Lead and oversee material production (kitting) operations in support of EXMEDS and other mission requirements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures.
- Direct daily production activities including material pull, kitting, labeling, database updates, and containerization of material for shipment or storage.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve material discrepancies such as shortages, overages, mislabels, or incorrect configurations in coordination with inventory and sustainment teams.
- Ensure all production transactions and material movements are accurately documented and updated in approved logistics or inventory management systems.
- Supervise and guide production staff, providing task direction, workflow coordination, and quality oversight to meet production schedules and performance standards.
- Prepare and place containerized material into shipping containers of various sizes or onto 463L aircraft pallets in support of air, land, or sea transportation requirements.
- Apply knowledge of shipping containers, air pallet operations, and load planning to ensure proper marking, securing, and protection of material during transport.
- Operate and oversee the safe operation of material handling equipment to move, stage, and position material throughout production and staging areas.
- Coordinate with transportation, warehouse, and Government personnel to support material movement, staging, and readiness for deployment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, handling, and operational requirements during production and material handling activities.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management in support of production and mission objectives.
- Shall have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Shall have experience leading staff and executing material production (kitting) operations, including material pull, kitting, labeling, database updates, discrepancy identification and resolution, and containerization of material.
- Shall have experience placing containerized material into shipping containers and onto 463L aircraft pallets to support material transportation operations.
- Shall possess working knowledge of shipping containers and/or air pallet loading requirements, including proper marking, securing, and protection of material.
- Shall be capable of operating various types of material handling equipment in a production or warehouse environment.
- Shall possess a valid driver's license and be capable of operating material handling equipment, including stand‑up forklifts and 4,000–6,000 lb forklifts.
- Shall demonstrate the ability to lead production teams, manage workflow, and maintain accuracy in a high‑tempo operational environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
