* What You’ll Do:

*** Assemble bikes, grills, furniture, and other retail products accurately and efficiently.
* Troubleshoot issues and produce high‐quality finished builds.
* Use hand tools and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
* Work independently inside major retail stores.
* Hit daily productivity goals...and earn commission accordingly!
* Provide friendly, professional interactions with store teams and staff.

* What You Bring:

*** Mechanical aptitude—experience with tools or tinkering a big plus.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day.
* A desire to earn more through performance.
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between nearby store locations if required.
* Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.
* Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
