Salary Range: $91,000.00 To $94,000.00 Annually

Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (Pro So Del ) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team of professionals in support of the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) Warehouse Support Services (WSS) Program.

Duties & Job Functions
  • Supervise the daily operations of the Production and Receiving departments.
  • Ensure all production and receiving requirements specified in the PWS are met.
  • Maintain onsite presence during normal working hours.
  • Oversee material kitting, production workflow, sustainment, receiving, and routing of incoming materials.
  • Supervise receiving functions, including receiving incoming shipments, unloading materials, processing and routing inventory, and coordinating movement to staging and stow locations.
  • Verify shipment documentation against containers, packing slips, and labels.
  • Report overages, shortages, damaged items, discrepancies, and missing materials.
  • Ensure proper segregation of material by type, to include equipment, consumable supplies, narcotics, pilferable items, HAZMAT, and other controlled material categories as required.
  • Generate labels and direct movement of materials to staging or stow areas using automated systems.
  • Review production and receiving documentation for completeness and accuracy and obtain missing information as necessary to resolve discrepancies, inconsistencies, or omissions.
  • Drive daily production throughput and receive performance requirements.
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely processing.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health requirements in production, receiving, and associated work areas.
  • Ensure proper issuance and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Support safety compliance inspections in production areas, maintenance shops, and office spaces.
  • Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective measures to eliminate or reduce risk.
  • Support contractor personnel safety and occupational health training requirements.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)
Experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in management within production (kitting) operations and personnel management.
  • Minimum of two (2) years supervising at least ten (10) personnel performing similar or related work.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in production settings, including material kitting operations, general supply activities, receiving, inventory management, and warehousing.
  • Knowledge of warehouse storage management plans and accepted warehousing methods that support efficient production operations.
  • Knowledge of supply functions, production operations, program requirements, and work methods.
  • Knowledge of production methods, procedures, material handling techniques, receiving, kitting, sustainment, and preservation.
  • Knowledge of systems utilized in providing material support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS).
Additional Requirements
  • Must be able to work onsite during normal business hours.
  • Must be able to work in warehouse, production floor, receiving docks, and staging environments.
  • Strong leadership and personnel supervision skills are important.
  • Strong organizational and documentation review skills.
  • Ability to enforce PPE and workplace safety requirements.
