The Lee Group is hiring a Baler Operator to join a valued client's team in Williamsburg, VA. This is a full-time, second-shift opportunity offering consistent hours, competitive pay, and the chance to secure long-term employment with a great company.

As a Baler Operator, you'll play a key role in recycling operations by safely operating machinery to bale scrap aluminum cans. The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience, is highly safety-conscious, and understands the importance of procedures like lock-out/tag-out.

This position offers:

• $20.50 per hour
• Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM schedule
• Weekly pay
• Medical, Dental, Vision
• Assignment should last through the end of . I f a candidate demonstrates strong work ethic and performance, they may be considered for temp-to-hire .

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate baler machinery to process and compact scrap aluminum cans
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform equipment checks and report any mechanical issues
• Follow all safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out procedures
• Support general warehouse operations as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Proven warehouse experience
• Strong forklift operation background (certification not required)
• Deep understanding of safety practices, especially lock-out/tag-out
• Ability to work in a loud, non-climate-controlled indoor environment
• Must provide your own steel-toe boots
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
