An equipping leader with a builder mindset who recruits and develops leaders at every level, elders, deacons, home group leaders, and ministry volunteers, and entrusts others with meaningful responsibility rather than centralizing authority.

An intergenerational bridge-builder who can engage families with young children, college students, military families, empty nesters, and retirees with equal warmth and investment, someone who values multigenerational community as a distinctive mark of church health.
