Chief Development and Philanthropy Officer

Williamsburg Landing seeks a Chief Development and Philanthropy Officer to lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy that advances our resident-centered mission. This role will design and execute major gift, annual fund, planned giving, and capital campaign initiatives, while building strong relationships with donors, families, and community partners. The leader will manage a small development team, partner closely with the CEO and Board, and use data-driven insights to grow philanthropic support that enhances wellness, dignity, and services for older adults in our Life Plan Community.
