Registered Nurse – Step‑Down Unit (Night Shift)

Third (Night) Shift

We are recruiting experienced or new‑graduate Registered Nurses to join our Step‑Down unit during the third shift. The role offers competitive base pay with up to $20,000 in performance bonuses for qualified nurses and $7,500 for new‑graduate RNs. • Assess, admit, and manage patients on the step‑down unit.
• Perform nursing rounds, administer medications, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate with patients, families, and caregivers, providing education and support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards.

• RN license valid in the State of Virginia.
• RN degree (RN Diploma, ADN, BSN, or MSN).
• Preferred: prior RN acute‑care experience; critical care/IMCU ACLS within 1 year of hire; BLS within 90 days of hire for direct‑care RNs.
• Strong clinical knowledge, critical‑thinking skills, and commitment to patient safety.
