This role will manage approximately 40 FTEs in the areas of Resource Pool, RN Hospital Supervisors, and Monitoring Center at Williamsburg Regional Medical Center.

The Manager will supervise and manage a 24-hour operation.

The RN Manager is responsible and accountable for 24 hr operations, including scheduling, evaluations, resources, and mentoring and/or assisting staff. Interviews, hires, and develops team members to achieve a highly effective work team. Engages in talent retention strategies for the area(s) of responsibility.

• 2 years or more of RECENT Nursing Leadership in an acute care hospital setting required.
• Bachelors in Nursing (or higher) required.
• RN License to practice in Virginia required.

• RN-Bachelor’s Degree, or
• RN-Master’s Degree

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.
