OverviewThis role will manage approximately 40 FTEs in the areas of Resource Pool, RN Hospital Supervisors, and Monitoring Center at Williamsburg Regional Medical Center.

ResponsibilitiesThe RN Manager is responsible and accountable for 24‑hour operations, including scheduling, evaluations, resources, and mentoring and/or assisting staff. Interviews, hires, and development of team members are required to achieve a highly effective work team. Engages in talent retention strategies for the area(s) of responsibility.
Requirements- 2 years or more of RECENT Nursing Leadership in an acute care hospital setting (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor's in Nursing (or higher) (REQUIRED)
- RN License to practice in Virginia (REQUIRED)
- RN‑Bachelor’s Degree, or
- RN‑Master’s Degree
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is a 145‑bed facility featuring the latest healthcare technologies, serving Williamsburg and the surrounding community.
