Position

Full‑Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) at Riverside Primary Care Midtown, Williamsburg, Virginia.

Provide comprehensive, patient‑centered care to individuals and families across all ages, collaborating with physicians and care teams.

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct annual wellness visits and routine physical exams.
• Manage chronic diseases including diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and obesity.
• Administer age‑appropriate immunizations and preventive screenings.
• Perform well‑woman exams and birth‑control counseling.
• Educate patients on health maintenance, lifestyle changes, and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to provide coordinated, holistic care.

• Master’s in Nursing and active NP license with NP certification, or Master’s degree and active PA license compliant with professional standards.
• Current, valid medical license in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Valid DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
