Clinic hours 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday–Friday. Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. The schedule will consist of two 12‑hour shifts: one 8‑hour shift and one 6‑hour shift with alternating weekends.

Sentara Urgent Care Lightfoot is hiring a Full‑Time LPN in the Williamsburg, VA area. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides basic nursing care under the supervision of an RN or Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP). The role involves patient care, medication administration, implementing nursing interventions, and supporting the healthcare team.

All qualified candidates can receive up to a $8,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Provide basic nursing care under RN or LIP supervision.
• Perform medication administration and clinical testing.
• Implement nursing interventions and care plans.
• Support patient and family education and advocacy.
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team.
• Adhere to state nursing practice standards and legal/ethical requirements.

• License as an LPN in Virginia (or other state of practice).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Trade school or diploma in LPN; clinical experience preferred.
