As a valuable member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents, collaborating with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and therapeutic care.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
• Monitor patients' condition and notify physicians of any changes.

• Hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
• Current, unencumbered, active OH LPN (LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE) license.
• Current CPR certification.

• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to deal tactfully with a team of inter-disciplinary professionals, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
• Ability to organize and prioritize.

• Job Types: every other Sunday.
