This role will manage the full responsibilities of an inpatient acute care IMCU hospital Unit at Williamsburg Regional Medical Center.

The Manager will supervise and manage a 24-hour operation.

The RN Manager is responsible and accountable for 24 hr operations, including scheduling, evaluations, resources, and mentoring and/or assisting staff. Interviews, hires, and develops team members to achieve a highly effective work team. Engages in talent retention strategies for the area(s) of responsibility.

• 3 years or more of recent nursing leadership in an acute care hospital setting (required)
• Bachelor's in Nursing (or higher) (required)
• RN license to practice in Virginia (required)

• RN-Bachelor's Degree, or
• RN-Master's Degree

• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
