Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, VA seeks a Registered Nurse for the Acute Cardiac/Stroke Unit (3 South). This full-time, day-shift role runs 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM with rotating weekends. A sign-on bonus up to $15,000 is available for qualified candidates.
Transition to Practice programs support new grads and nurses transitioning to a new area. The RN cares for cardiac and stroke patients, performing nursing assessments and implementing care plans per standards.
