Registered Nurse DSD at DaVita Kidney Care. The role involves providing skilled nursing dialysis services in a skilled nursing facility setting. The RN works 3 days a week, 12+ hour shifts, with rotating Saturday nights, no on‑call requirement. Training and support are provided.

• Provide ongoing dialysis care to patients, ensuring treatments stay on schedule.
• Troubleshoot and make sound clinical decisions related to dialysis treatments.
• Collaborate with SNF staff to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on dialysis care and disease management.
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians in delivering tandem care.
• Maintain situational awareness, exercising autonomy and critical thinking.
• Participate in quality initiatives and meet clinical outcome goals.

• Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 12 months of RN experience.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school; BSN or three‑year diploma acceptable.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.

• Experience in chronic hemodialysis, acute dialysis, or peritoneal dialysis (PD).
• Background in training, teaching, or healthcare education.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).

The wage range for this role is $41.00–$56.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
