Compensation based on experience ranges from $19.00 to $25.00 per hour.

Hertzler & George, an established landscape company in Williamsburg, is seeking landscape crew members. There are many positions available! Hertzler & George is celebrating 30+ years of serving the Williamsburg area. We specialize in a fun, energetic staff that does quality work and loves what they do.

• Landscape Experience

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Physical Demands: This role requires frequent standing, walking, crouching on varied surfaces, stooping, kneeling, and bending. You will need to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

  Work is conducted outdoors, exposing you to various weather conditions (hot, cold, freezing temperatures), dust, noise, and potentially chemicals.
• Punctuality & Reliability: Showing up on time and being ready for a full day's work is critical. Crews start at 7:00 a.m. and end at 4:30-6:30 p.m., depending on completion time, Monday-Friday.
• Learning & Growth: We are committed to your development. Be ready to learn new skills and improve existing ones.

Introductory Period: Your first 90 days are an introductory period designed for both you and the company to ensure a good fit.

• Team-oriented attitude & a strong work ethic

• DMV Report showing your driving record
