ft. manufacturing facility in Williamsburg, Virginia, we aim to double in size each year for the next three years.

The Test Technician ensures products meet established quality, safety, and performance requirements through inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation activities on switch gear, PDUs, and related power distribution products.

* Position is on-site in Williamsburg VA from 7am - 3:30pm EST

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, electrical, and mechanical tests on low-voltage switch gear assemblies.
• Verify wiring, torque settings, and component installation against engineering drawings.
• Conduct insulation resistance, continuity, and operational testing.
• Participate in FAT, FOK, and FWT customer testing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues identified during testing.
• Maintain test reports, quality records, and non-conformance documentation.
• Operate and maintain test equipment including multimeters, insulation testers, and hi-pot testers.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures including PPE and Lockout/Tagout requirements.
