Key Responsibilities- Keep the bar fully stocked, clean, and organized during service
- Assist bartenders and restaurant staff during busy shifts
- Learn and perform oyster shucking safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and order in bar and raw bar areas
- Support the team to ensure smooth and timely service
- Work with urgency and stay productive throughout your shift
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, fun environment
- Team player who collaborates well with others
- Availability for nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required
