Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Health and beauty associate are focused on two things: taking care of the customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
