• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer-focused activities
• Support and execute company and store initiatives and standards
• Participate in team training and utilize new sales technologies
• Deliver consistent brand-aligned customer experiences on the sales floor
• Engage in clienteling and networking to build a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Support alternative purchasing processes and digital product discovery methods
• Maintain sales floor standards and store presentation at all times

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate cash register for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with management and co-workers
• Comfort using technology and digital tools to assist customers
