Job Overview

Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy 1444 - Williamsburg, VA 23185. Pay: $17.50 per hour. Work up to 15 hours per week, with Saturday and Sunday preferred and flexible Friday options available.

• Demonstrate HP products and tailor demonstrations to customers' needs.
• Build rapport with customers and create memorable experiences.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain product displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report sales results, track activity, and provide competitive insights.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and customer service expectations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of job experience; 6 months of sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Tech‑savvy, problem‑solving, outgoing personality with eagerness to learn.
• Ability to engage customers, demonstrate products, and overcome objections.
• Experience with product demonstrations, sales in electronics, tech or wireless preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Multi‑task ability, commitment to customer satisfaction, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.
