• Open availability of 15 to 20 hours per week, with flexible availability based on business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays

• Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships
• Assist the management team to build store business and support service enhancements to build strong relationships, including active use of Concierge
• Service multiple customers, multi-task, and handle projects simultaneously
• Stay informed about fashion trends and new arrivals; possess product knowledge about fit, color, and fashion
• Apply product knowledge and fashion expertise to create outfits and suggest items to match customer needs
• Maximize individual performance through learning opportunities, direction, coaching, and feedback
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas such as clientelling/outreach, appointment setting, and Talbots Classic Awards
• Complete operational projects: filling orders, replenishment, recovery, and other duties as assigned
