Compensation

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location and ranges from $15 to $28 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Full‑time, with available shifts: mid‑shift and closing.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They keep the store clean from the parking lot to restrooms and receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
