As the Store Manager for Reebok in Williamsburg, VA, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver a world-class customer experience while achieving sales and operational objectives. • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a sporting goods or athletic footwear/apparel environment.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing budgets.

• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
