Team Lead - Part Time

This is a part time or full time position may lead to a managerial position for the qualified individual.

Prior retail sales experience and managing a store/boutique. (1 year preferred)

Fluent in English. A plus if fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

• Responsible of lead sales, consultations, and Beauty Advisor duties
• Be a positive leadership presence while communicating and coaching professionally with all associates
• Maintain leadership presence through effective store management and resource allocation
• Be results driven in achieving our store key performance indicators through training and development of our associates
• May assist store manager in creating the schedule and taking the lead in floor moves
• Be operationally sound, opening/closing the store, inventory control, operational procedures
• Be involved in training/searching of top talent
• Follow company, safety, and reporting regulations, including proper lifting procedures
• Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Support the team in the Beauty Advisor training process, ensuring the highest level of client experience
• Assist with physical maintenance of the store and back storage when needed
• Keyholder responsibilities for opening and closing the store.
• Maintain and adhere to Store Operations Guide. Shifts may include an hour before or after store hours.

• Excellent written and communication skills;
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment;
• Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and problem solve;
• Previous experience in retail or other service-related industry is preferred;
• Works with a high degree of integrity and strong ethic;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Experienced with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs;
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position including but not limited to climbing ladders, bending, lifting boxes;
• Flexible schedule, ability to work both weekdays or weekends (Not required but a plus)
• Team player attitude.

Any day between Monday to Sunday. Must be able to work at least one of the weekends.
