Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs, Inc. core values
• Drive recruitment and staffing efforts, including anticipating seasonal needs
• Lead the team in achieving sales, customer service, and product engagement metrics
• Own and lead daily retail operations, including POS management, stockroom organization and replenishment, pricing and markdown execution, loyalty program growth, cleanliness, and recovery standards
• Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks to maintain smooth store operations
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives
• Share product and brand knowledge with consumers
• Adhere to Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance policies

• Must be 18 years or older
• 4+ years of retail experience; prior Store Manager experience preferred
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment
• Proven ability to inspire and empower teams while driving performance and achieving results
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function
• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor
• Ability to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks
• Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time
• Ability to be on feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and continuously move around the store
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, reports, computer/register screens, and input information into a computer

Demonstrates strong leadership in retail operations, driving sales and customer service metrics while fostering a positive team culture. Possesses extensive retail experience with a focus on recruitment, inventory control, and compliance.
