As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting in-home consultations with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions for their renovation projects. You will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this high-commission environment.

Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients, assess needs, and present tailored renovation solutions. Maintain a professional appearance and follow company guidelines throughout the sales process. Meet or exceed sales targets through effective relationship-building and product knowledge. Participate in ongoing training and utilize provided leads and resources.
