• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, parking lots, loading zones, and perimeter access points, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as required, and support traffic flow for deliveries, pickups, and employee movement across the location.
• Assist with alarm response, facility checks, and special post orders while maintaining awareness of food and beverage operations, sanitation-sensitive areas, and other site-specific protocols.

• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
