Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, disturbances, and/or unusual activity within the location;
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and/or daily activities and relay relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership
