Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor registration, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, lobby areas, parking facilities, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location;
Prepare logs and reports related to visitor activity, incidents, and unusual conditions, and communicate security-related information to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership
