Seeking a Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer (CSSO) and/or Security Analyst to work in a very dynamic high‑tempo environment to deliver Mission First results! The successful candidate will develop, implement, and administer a Special Access Program (SAP) and manage all compliant security policies and procedures for classified/proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. The role also includes investigating security violations, preparing reports, and providing security education and training programs for SAP.

Responsibilities include first shift work Monday through Friday, 5X8 week; mission requirements include 25% domestic and international courier travel and work outside normal scheduled hours, including possibly nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Administer the SAP Nomination Process by processing, logging, and preparing incoming and outgoing SAP Nomination packages.

Conduct annual SETA requirements in conjunction with program off sites; provide security indoctrination, debriefings, pre/post travel briefings and annual refresher briefings as necessary.

Maintain classified document control logs tracking documents in transition.

Investigate security violations and submit required reports to the government.

Administrative security functions such as organizing and filing all administrative program security paperwork.

Maintain all end‑of‑day logs, safe checks, visitor logs and pass‑down logs.

Assist the government with physical security and provide escorting for uncleared personnel as required.

Process and track incoming and outgoing Visit Authorization Requests.

Conduct self‑inspections; manage preparation for and representation of security inspections and audits by government security personnel.

Assist the Lead CSSO and CAM with additional security support as required by the RMS Advanced Programs Manager and the local Customer.

Basic Qualifications

Must have an active TS clearance within a 5‑year scope, or eligibility to reinstate a TS clearance with 5‑year scope, and ability to obtain and maintain SAP access(es). Must be team‑oriented with a minimum of 3 years experience in SAP programs. Must have SM E level understanding of industrial security regulations, including experience administering provisions of NISPOM rule and DOD 5205.07 SAP Security Manual.

Must be a self‑starter with ability to work independently and make significant contributions in a team environment. Preferred: completion of CDSE SAP Mid‑Level Management Course Pre‑requisites (not required). Must have excellent communication skills (verbal, written, tact and diplomacy key).

Security Clearance Statement
