what you get to do
- answer incoming phone calls concerning general park information, regarding employees, contractors & guests
- disseminate park & emergency information to appropriate employees
- monitor emergency alarm systems park-wide
- monitor multiple radio frequencies and disseminate information via 2-way radios, voice, digital pagers and telephones
- assist and respond to various priority calls, including first aid and to properly identify emergency situations and disseminate proper emergency procedures
- maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- coordinate with security management team to ensure guest services and quality goals are achieved to include administrative support
- perform other duties as assigned
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 18 years old
- experience in security and/or emergency dispatch environment
- able to complete provided cpr training/certification
- excellent written and verbal communications skills
- able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment
- able to work indoors with or without a/c for entire shift
- able to sit for long periods of time
- available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays hours
- 1 year administrative or related experience preferred
- possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred
