Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, guest areas, hallways, entrances, and perimeter areas, noting unusual activity and/or maintenance-related concerns;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or disruptions while maintaining a professional presence in a hospitality-focused environment;
Complete assigned reports and document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities according to post orders and location expectations
