About the Role

Busch Gardens is a place of thrills, fun and positive, lasting memories. As a key member of our team, you will bring happiness and excitement to visitors worldwide.

• Provide guests, employees, and vendors with a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain and enforce safety standards.
• Work independently or as part of a team to provide a consistent message and security presence.
• Monitor security checkpoints and posts, inspecting all bags and persons accessing or leaving the property.
• Complete routine patrols of the park and surrounding properties on foot and in patrol vehicles.
• Respond and provide aid for emergency situations.
• Complete assigned tasks from management as needed.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work with large crowds and high‑pressure situations.
• Physically active and able to stand and walk for full shifts.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to complete all legal, company, and department training requirements within established timelines.
• Proficiency with computer hardware and software.
• Experience in completing incident reports.
• Valid driver’s license.

$14.00 an hour.
