what you get to do:

• answer incoming phone calls concerning general park information, regarding employees, contractors & guests
• disseminate park & emergency information to appropriate employees
• monitor emergency alarm systems park-wide
• monitor multiple radio frequencies and disseminate information via 2-way radios, voice, digital pagers and telephones
• assist and respond to various priority calls, including first aid and to properly identify emergency situations and disseminate proper emergency procedures
• maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• coordinate with security management team to ensure guest services and quality goals are achieved to include administrative support
• perform other duties as assigned

what it takes to succeed:

• at least 18 years old
• high school diploma or equivalent
• experience in security and/or emergency dispatch environment
• able to complete provided cpr training/certification
• excellent written and verbal communications skills
• able to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
• able to work indoors with or without a/c for entire shift
• able to sit for long periods of time
• available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays hours
• 1 year administrative or related experience preferred
• possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred
