Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.;
Monitor access points, verify visitor and delivery activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry in accordance with site protocols.;
Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, policy concerns, and/or maintenance issues observed during patrols or routine post duties.
