Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Saturday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sunday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and document observations for site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout guest areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor and vendor entry procedures in accordance with location protocols and hospitality service expectations.
• Support a welcoming environment by giving directions, answering general questions, and reporting maintenance, hazard, or policy‑related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Undergo a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applications with criminal histories will be considered consistently with applicable laws.
• Undergo a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any licensing requirements required by state or local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.
