Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel/resort buildings, guest areas, parking areas, recreational amenities, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.;
Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.;
Monitor access points, observe activity, and report unusual conditions, hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.;
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
