As an Install Helper, you’ll work alongside our experienced installation team to deliver high-quality acrylic bath systems. This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the company.

• Assist with bathroom remodeling and installation projects
• Support carpentry, trim work, and general construction tasks
• Follow company installation standards to ensure top-quality work
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with customers
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Load, unload, and manage tools and materials
• Assist with basic documentation and job site photos

• No experience required (construction or labor experience is a plus)
• Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership position
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools (training provided)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
