Pay range: $24.00–$25.00 per hour. Employees are also eligible for a robust benefits program, including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, a 401(k) plan, a wellness program, life insurance, paid time off, and paid parental leave, among other plan options.

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Preferred ability to obtain a Class B license
  • Technical or advanced degree, or 2 years or more of equivalent maintenance experience
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting equipment repairs and maintenance using diagnostic tools such as JPRO, OEM diagnostic software, multimeters, and Windows
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving skills
  • Examples of teamwork and customer service skills, including strong oral and written communication
  • On‑site evaluation with recommended training
Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and mechanical tractor and trailer–related issues using standard testing procedures and computer diagnostic equipment such as JPRO, OEM diagnostic software, multimeters, and Windows
  • Perform preventive maintenance on our fleet of tractors and trailers
  • Perform DOT inspections per FMCSA guidelines
  • Physically capable of performing all job duties, including lifting or pulling 75 lbs or more without restriction, standing or lying for extended periods, and having flexible movement to reach equipment
