Crescent Hotels & Resorts - 310 South England Street - Responsibilities:
Perform general services, repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance for rooms, public spaces, offices, back of house spaces, and grounds in and around the hotels and conference centers;
Troubleshoot equipment to determine repair or replacement needs;
Assist in responding to maintenance calls for all spaces and grounds of the hotels;
Perform carpentry repairs on doors, windows, trim, furniture, counters, and bathroom partitions;
Patch and repair drywall walls and ceilings; perform demolition; perform hotel space paint outs
