We’re currently seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician who is ready to contribute to our mission of delivering top‑tier service to our commercial clients.
About Capstone MechanicalSince 2011, we’ve provided expert service, maintenance, and installation of commercial HVAC/R equipment for multi‑site clients such as Starbucks, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and more. Headquartered in Portsmouth, NH, our service area now spans much of the Eastern Seaboard.

- Maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment (e.g., RTUs up to 40 tons, split systems, light refrigeration)
- Perform HVAC service repairs, quotes, installs, and maintenance for assigned customer locations
- Participate in on‑call rotation
- Log service details accurately using our internal software
- Schedule service, maintenance, and quoted work in internal software
- Obtain part pricing and build quotes
- Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
- Customer-focused – You care about providing an excellent service experience
- Team-oriented – You value collaboration and building strong relationships
- Reliable – You show up on time and do what you say you will
- Hands‑on – You enjoy problem‑solving and working with mechanical systems
- Accountable – You take ownership of your work and seek to improve
- Commercial HVAC experience preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and strong mechanical aptitude
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Ability to use hand/power tools, gauges, and testing equipment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen & background check
- Willingness to obtain EPA & OSHA
10 certifications (company‑supported)
Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops, in hot or cold conditions
Compensation & Benefits- Weekly Pay ($28-$40/hr., based on experience)
