Job Description

CTR Group is seeking an experienced Aluminum & Steel Welder for a Government site in Williamsburg, VA to work in a Shop setting.

Pay Range: $30.59 - $35.68

SUMMARY:

Seeking a highly skilled Steel and Aluminum Welder to use welding processes to join, fabricate and repair metal parts to close tolerances using layout techniques and blueprints.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to read blueprints

• Minimum 3 years of experience in welding steel and aluminum by various processes.
• Completion of Welding School program preferred but not required.
• MIG and TIG experience required
• Must be certifiable to MIL.
  
  -STD-248 requirements
• Work from blueprints
• Knowledge of welding symbols
• Handle weights of up to 100 pounds, average 50 pounds.
• Emergency Response Services will occasionally require overnight travel.
