• maintain, repair, replace, and/or install plumbing, piping, and plumbing fixtures related to city and non-potable water and sewage throughout the park.
• be responsible for the interior and exterior of park, as well as main sewer lines, building sewer lines, drains and clean-outs, grease traps/pits, manholes and lift stations.
• troubleshoot malfunctions and solve most problems with minimum supervisor.
• adhere to safety and handling procedures as well as state and federal regulations.

• high school diploma or equivalent.
• minimum of one year of prior onsite plumbing experience.
• valid state driver’s license and ability to obtain a company driver’s license.
• ability to read and work from blueprints and/or drawings.
• knowledge of sloan and zurn flush‑o‑meters, chicago and zurn faucets and other brands.
• knowledge of main and secondary supply/shutoff valves for city and non-potable water.
• proficient in using appropriate hand and power tools (e.g., spartan drain and sewer snake, mustang jetter, etc.).
• installation skills with pvc piping and galvanized pipe.
• experience working with chemical and hazardous wastes.
• excellent communication and math skills.
• ability to work with minimal supervision.
• able to lift 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• able to work in all weather conditions and temperature extremes.
• available to work varying shifts/hours, including weekends and holidays.
• cross‑trained in other maintenance fields preferred.
• plumbing license a plus.

compensation: $19.50 - $25.00 usd.
