Intercom Paging Technician

Job Details

Intercom Paging Technician – Salary $25–$35 per hour. Position is primarily in the field, with job sites in Greater Hampton Roads and Richmond and headquarters in Williamsburg.

Install and service intercom paging systems in commercial and educational environments. Ensure successful project outcomes and oversee/train co‑workers.

• 3–5 years installing and troubleshooting analog and IP paging systems (Valcom preferred; Bogen, Dukane, or equivalent acceptable)
• Relevant industry training
• Familiarity with construction techniques
• Computer and networking experience
• Own basic industry tools
• Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license
• Professional appearance with a friendly, responsive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire to learn and grow
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be versatile
• Pass a background check and obtain DCJS licence
• Capable of working on ladders and using power tools safely
• Applicable experience or strong motivation to learn
