Crescent Hotels & Resorts - 310 South England Street - Responsibilities:
Performs general services, repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance for rooms, public spaces, offices, back of house spaces, and grounds in and around the hotels and conference centers;
Monitors mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems, and pool and fountain systems for unusual operations and initiates correct actions;
Responds to maintenance calls for heating, cooling, plumbing, electric, pools, and kitchen equipment;
Performs carpentry repairs on doors, windows, trim, furniture, counters, and bathroom partitions;
Provides on-call coverage 24 hours a day when scheduled and may work nights/weekends as required
